Welcome to Danushop, an online store specializing in hoodies and sweatshirts in the United States market. This Terms of Service governs all conditions applicable to the use of the website and the purchase transactions of products here. By placing an order and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms presented in this document. Danushop is an online store operating exclusively as a direct retail seller of fashion products we distribute, including hoodies and sweatshirts. The website does not function as a marketplace or platform allowing third parties to sell products. Therefore, all products sold are owned and managed by us. This guarantees transparency regarding product origin and customer service.
These terms apply only to sales within the United States, including order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds within this territory. The provisions below are based on current standards and laws in the U.S., aiming to protect the rights of both sellers and buyers fairly and legally.
2. Ordering and Payment Process
When you access the website and select products, the ordering process follows specific steps: select products, review the shopping cart, enter personal and shipping information, and then proceed to payment. Completion of payment is the final step for the order to be recorded and passed to the processing department.
Please note that after successful payment, you can only request changes or cancel your order within 8 hours from the time the order was placed. After this period, the order will be processed and packaged, and no changes or cancellations will be possible. For example, if you place an order for a hoodie at 9:00 AM, you must notify any changes or cancellation before 5:00 PM the same day. This ensures efficient workflow and avoids delays affecting other orders.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept two main payment methods: PayPal account and credit/debit card payment through the PayPal gateway. Paying via PayPal shortens processing time and increases security during shopping. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards even without a PayPal account by choosing the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option during checkout.
PayPal processes all payment information securely, encrypted with advanced SSL standards. We do not store any card data on our system to avoid risks of personal information loss. Any payment issues will be handled promptly in cooperation with PayPal.
4. Shipping Fees and Delivery Policy
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders regardless of quantity. The flat rate helps you easily anticipate purchasing costs without unexpected charges during checkout. We use reputable shipping services to ensure products reach you quickly and safely.
Standard delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the order processing completion date. The total time from successful order placement to receipt can take 7 to 13 business days, depending on the geographic area and actual shipping conditions. For example, if you order on Monday, you can expect delivery between Wednesday and Friday of the following week. During holidays or force majeure events like natural disasters, delivery time may vary and we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Order Confirmation and Processing
After payment is completed, your order will be sent to the processing department for inspection and shipment preparation. Processing time ranges from 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we check stock status, prepare packaging, and create shipping labels.
If a product is found out of stock after order confirmation, we will contact you immediately with alternatives such as substituting a similar product, waiting for restock, or full refund. For example, if you ordered a black sweatshirt in size L and it is out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email to offer suitable options.
6. Detailed Return and Refund Policy
You may request exchanges or refunds within 30 days from the date you receive the product. This applies in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, product descriptions not matching the website, or damage caused during shipping.
In these cases, you do not need to return the product to us. We will cover all shipping costs incurred during the exchange or return process to ensure no financial loss for you. For example, if you receive a hoodie with tears or sewing defects, simply contact us and we will send a replacement or refund without requiring you to send back the defective item.
7. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or due to subjective reasons such as no longer needing the product, changing mind, disliking the product, or requests made after the 30-day period from receipt. This policy protects the seller's legitimate rights and prevents abuse of the return policy.
Additionally, if you want to exchange sizes for personal reasons, you must return the product at your own shipping cost. For example, if you bought a size M hoodie but want to exchange for size L without our fault, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
8. Refund Procedure
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 24 hours. However, actual refund time may vary depending on the issuing bank or PayPal policies. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days for PayPal payments and 3-5 business days for credit/debit card payments.
For example, if you receive refund approval on Monday, the money should be credited to your PayPal account or card between Wednesday and Friday of the same week. We recommend regularly checking your bank or PayPal account for transaction updates.
9. Customer Responsibilities When Using the Service
You agree to provide accurate, complete information including full name, shipping address, phone number, and payment details to ensure smooth order processing. You are also responsible for keeping your account information confidential and not sharing it with others to avoid risks of theft or unauthorized use.
If fraudulent activities, fake information, or misuse of service are detected, we reserve the right to refuse order processing or terminate your service rights without prior notice.
