1. Shipping Area
Currently, we accept and ship orders to all 50 states in the United States, including: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
You can easily find your state in the drop-down list when filling out your address information at checkout.
2. Shipping Carriers and Costs
We currently use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for our shipping services.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders. This fixed fee simplifies the cost for you. Whether you purchase one item or multiple items, and no matter where you are within our shipping area (50 states), you will only pay one flat rate.
3. Order Processing Time
After your payment is successfully processed, your order will be prepared, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier. This process typically takes 1-3 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.
Please note that processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders at the time of your purchase or our current staffing levels.
4. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 6-10 business days for delivery. The exact shipping time depends on your geographical location relative to our store's location. For example, the Southeast region (Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee) is closest to our Florida location, so delivery will be faster than shipping to the West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington).
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 7-13 business days.
5. Factors Affecting Delivery Time
Several factors can influence the time it takes for your order to be delivered:
Geographical distance: The distance from our warehouse to the delivery address is a key factor. Shipping time will increase with distance.
Time of year and holidays: Peak shopping seasons can overwhelm the entire shipping system.
- Holiday season delays: Events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas can significantly increase order volume, leading to potential delays.
- National holidays: Carriers do not operate on national holidays such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving, which can delay delivery.
Unforeseen factors:
Bad weather: Blizzards, hurricanes, floods, or wildfires can disrupt ground and air routes, causing shipping delays.
System errors or staffing shortages: Issues at sorting centers or a lack of staff can slow down the processing and delivery of your package.
6. How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. To track your order, you can enter the tracking number on the Order Tracking page of our website. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system after you receive the confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the email. If you still don't see it, please contact us for assistance.

a. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the 50 states of the U.S.
b. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Please provide a physical address so we can ensure successful delivery of your order.
c. What if my order is lost or damaged?
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and find the solution for you, which may include reshipping the product or issuing a refund.
