The Return & Refund Policy at Danushop is designed to ensure a fair balance between the rights of our customers and Danushop. Please read the conditions and instructions below carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Modifying or Cancelling Your Order After Placement
You may request to change order details (such as address, phone number, size, quantity) or cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it.
Please send your request within the allowed timeframe (8 hours from the time of purchase) before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we will no longer be able to support cancellation or changes.

If your cancellation is successful, we will fully refund the amount you paid to the original payment method used at checkout.
2. Requirements for a Successful Return/Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- The return/refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received the order.
- The item/order must fall under one of the eligible return/refund cases (see Section 3 below).
3. Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund
To ensure customer rights, the following cases are eligible for return/refund:
- Product has manufactured defects (e.g. tears, loose stitching, off-center seams, fading).
- Wrong item, color, or size delivered compared to the order.
- Product damaged during shipping (e.g. stained, torn, or lost).
- The item received is different from the description on our website (material, size, color).
4. Cases Not Eligible for Return/Refund
We do not accept return/refund requests in the following cases:
- Product has been used, washed, has odors, or damaged by the customer.
- Ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product.
- Return/refund request is submitted more than 30 days after receiving the order.
We encourage customers to open and check the package as soon as it's received to ensure everything is correct and to request returns within the allowed timeframe.
5. Steps to Request a Return/Refund
If your order meets the return/refund conditions, please follow the step below:
Step 1: Send your request via email to [email protected], including your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Step 2: Our customer support team will process and verify your request within 24-48 business hours. During this time, we may contact you for additional information. Once verified, we will confirm your request via email and offer two resolution options (refund or replacement). Please respond with your preferred option within 12 hours. If no response is received, we will proceed with the default option of sending a replacement.
Step 3: We will send the replacement product or process a refund based on your selected option.
6. Cost Related to Return Process
In cases where the issue is caused by Danushop, you will not be required to return the defective item once your claim is verified. Therefore, no return shipping costs will be incurred.
For issues not caused by us (e.g. size exchange), you may be asked to cover the two-way shipping costs (sending the item back to us).
7. Do You Prefer a Replacement or a Refund?
Once your request is confirmed as valid, you can choose one of the following options:
- Receive a replacement product (same item if available). Shipping will be free of charge.
- Receive a refund via your original payment method (includes product price + original shipping fee).
We will process the refund within 24 hours. However, actual refund time may vary depending on your payment provider:
- PayPal: Typically 1-3 business days
- Credit/Debit card: Typically 3-5 business days
