Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

We understand that privacy is extremely important and are committed to being transparent, honest, and careful in collecting, using, and protecting your personal data. When you access and use our website, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you better understand how we handle personal data – from what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, how you can manage your information and with whom it may be shared.

This policy applies to all users accessing the website, whether you are just browsing products or have made a purchase.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

2.1. Personal Information You Provide

During your interaction with our website, you may be asked to provide personal information in certain cases. For example:

  • When registering an account, we require: your name, email address – basic information to identify you and support delivery.
  • When placing an order, we need: delivery address, payment method, order details, phone number, and sometimes personal notes if you want to leave additional messages.
  • When contacting customer service: information in email, phone, or chat communications may be recorded to serve better support.
  • When subscribing to newsletters via email, we only collect your email address – but may also save preferences or browsing behavior to personalize content sent to you.

Important note: All credit card or e-wallet payments such as PayPal are processed by reputable third parties. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. This helps ensure your financial data is protected to high standards.

2.2. Automatically Collected Information

Without you manually entering it, our website system and measurement tools like Google Analytics automatically collect some information such as:

  • Device type you are using (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.).
  • Operating system and browser used.
  • Pages you visited, time spent on each page, clicked link.
  • Anonymized IP address.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies like Google Ads pixels.

This information is not intended to personally identify you but helps us analyze and understand user behavior to optimize experience and website performance.

3. Purpose of Using Information

The information you provide – both directly and indirectly – is used for specific purposes including:

  • Ordering processing: confirming orders, processing payments, delivery, and after-sales care.
  • Sending marketing notifications and newsletters (only if you agree): to update promotions, new products, or useful information.
  • Enhancing user experience: analyzing user data to adjust design, interface, speed, and features.
  • Displaying personalized ads: based on browsing behavior and interaction history.
  • Fraud prevention and system security: including access control and detecting unusual activities.

We commit not to use your information for any other purposes than those stated here.

4. Email & Newsletters

When you subscribe to newsletters on the website and agree, we use your email to send promotions, offers. To do this, your information will be transferred to SendGrid, Inc. (801 California Street, Suite 500 Denver, CO 80202, USA) – responsible for technically managing the email delivery.

Subscription uses "double opt-in" confirmation. After signing up, you will receive an email requesting confirmation. If no response is received within 1 month, the data will be deleted. Once confirmed, your email is stored until you unsubscribe.

You can unsubscribe any time via the link in the email or by contacting [email protected]. This does not affect the legality of data processing prior to unsubscription.

We use SendGrid to analyze email open and click behaviors to improve newsletter effectiveness. Emails contain "web beacons" – a pixel to track opening time and clicked links. Data is stored on SendGrid servers for 13 months in an anonymized form, not directly linked to personal information. You may opt out by unsubscribing or contacting us. If you disable image display in emails, tracking won't work but may reduce newsletter viewing experience. Enabling images manually resumes tracking.

The legal basis for data processing is your consent and our legitimate interests.

5. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics by Google LLC to collect and analyze data on how you use the site. Google uses cookies—small files stored on your browser—to record activity. Information from cookies is sent to Google servers for storage and processing. However, we have enabled IP anonymization, so Google automatically truncates your IP before processing.

IP addresses sent in this process are not combined with any other personal data managed by Google and cannot be used to identify you.

You can block cookie storage by adjusting browser settings, but this may reduce website functionality. To prevent Google Analytics from collecting usage data, you can install the opt-out add-on here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/

Google Analytics on our site is configured with IP masking to protect your privacy by shortening IP addresses, minimizing personal identification risk. Any personal data collected is promptly discarded.

We use Google Analytics data to better understand user behavior and improve website quality and experience. Use of Google Analytics is based on your consent and our legitimate interests.

6. Google Ads – Advertising and Remarketing

We use Google Ads by Google LLC to advertise products, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and show ads tailored to you. When you click a Google ad to visit the website, a cookie is stored on your device for 30 days to track impressions and clicks but does not identify you personally. Each Google Ads customer has a unique cookie; no cross-site tracking occurs. We only receive aggregate reports from Google and do not collect personal data.

Using Google Ads means your browser connects directly to Google servers, which may store IP addresses and link behavior with your Google account if logged in.

We also use remarketing to target users who visited the site via cookies stored on browsers. Google processes this data in anonymized form without linking to other personal data.

You can opt out by disabling third-party cookies in your browser or following instructions here: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=en

Note this may affect some website functions.

Data processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interests.
